1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, running a domain audit, or accessing any service provided by CloudWapAI Technologies Inc. ("CloudWapAI"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

CloudWapAI provides continuous generative engine visibility benchmarks, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) tracking, competitor share of voice analytics, and recommendation telemetry. The service utilizes synthetic prompt probes executed across multiple third-party foundation models with grounded web search enabled.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the CloudWapAI software, proprietary GEO scoring algorithms, AWS crawler infrastructure, and platform user interfaces belong exclusively to CloudWapAI Inc. You retain full ownership and rights to your proprietary brand assets and uploaded benchmark prompt lists.

4. Subscription Billing, Upgrades & Cancellations

Subscriptions are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel or modify your plan tier at any time through the billing dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active prepaid billing period.

5. Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Enterprise tier subscribers benefit from our 99.98% service uptime availability guarantee for API endpoints and daily scheduled probe execution, backed by our multi-region AWS infrastructure.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
