2. Zero AI Training Commitment
We do not use your proprietary customer prompts, brand search configurations, or account data to train, fine-tune, or improve third-party foundation models. All inference queries executed through Amazon Bedrock utilize zero-data-retention APIs.
3. Information We Collect
- Public Web Domain Telemetry: Publicly available website URLs, sitemaps, robots.txt directives, and category keywords provided during brand audits.
- Account & Billing Information: Name, work email address, company organization name, and billing details managed securely via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors.
- Diagnostic & Telemetry Logs: Browser user-agent strings, IP addresses for rate limiting and DDoS prevention, and session timestamps.
4. AWS Cloud Security & Encryption
All customer data is hosted strictly on Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers with physical and cryptographic safeguards. Data in transit is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 keys managed via AWS Key Management Service (AWS KMS).
